When it comes to a home newborn session in NJ, there are a few things I want you to remember. First, don’t stress about cleaning up for me. Your house is your living space – let it look like you live there! You don’t need to worry about doing a deep cleaning – just put away anything unwanted in photos. Another important thing to think about is where and when in your home do you get the best bright natural light. We can discuss our options ahead of time so we know where we want to shoot when I arrive! Lastly, have anything you want me to incorporate into the photos out and ready to go. Whether it’s a sentimental photograph or a piece of clothing, I am open to anything and everything you want to have in your photos. I will bring studio accessories as well, so no pressure if you don’t have the time to get outfits ready! I’m here for you every step of the way.

Newborn Session in NJ Home

I photographed a new family (paws included) in their home recently. Mom had multiple outfits planned and ready to go, which made the session move seamlessly. They included their dog, which was extra special. I know how important it is to have your pets involved – they are family too! It was such a pleasure to capture this new chapter in their life in the space that means the most to them. There’s nothing else like bringing your new baby home for the first time to meet your fur baby and share in this special time together. One day you’ll look back at those tiny toes and wonder how the time went so fast.
