I’m not sure about you, but I believe milestone sessions in Northern NJ are so special to do. Since my children were babies, I have taken photographs of their major life milestones at every age and stage. I want to preserve their childhood for them and me! Having these memories last a lifetime is important to not only me as a mother, but also as a photographer.  Being able to capture these moments for other families is such an incredible honor.

From capturing newborns to school graduates, I’ve had a variety of milestone sessions in Northern NJ throughout my years. Photographing a first birthday is one of my favorites! The first year is a critical time for not only the child and their development, but for the parents as well.  Capturing how far your child has come in that year honors not only their life thus far but your journey through parenthood!

Indoor & Outdoor Milestone Sessions in NJ

One of my favorite milestone sessions in Northern NJ was for a little girl who turned one in the fall. Her family chose to do outdoor photos in addition to the studio for her cake smash. The full 1.5 hour package was a great choice for this session! While we were outside, Nicole worked on setting up the studio. This amazing mom had everything planned out and brought props for Nicole to use for the backdrop. This sweet girl enjoyed her birthday cake and was very happy to be turning one. The proof is definitely in the photos!
