I am a photographer of all things natural and organic, which is why I am THE biggest fan of outdoor sessions in Northern NJ. I can’t think of anything more natural than nature itself! Being outdoors allows me to capture real moments of families interacting with one another. This brings so much more life to the photos! Instead of having super posed pictures, you get the genuine and raw emotions in the photos. In my photography, that is exactly my goal – capturing organic, emotional portraiture. 

Outdoor NJ Family Sessions

My family and I enjoy hiking, so when I clients ask me to photograph at a nearby park, I jump at the chance! Some of my favorite outdoor sessions in Northern NJ have been at the Ramapo County Reservation in Mahwah. If you haven’t been there, you must visit! There are so many trails and sights to explore. As a photographer, I especially love it because this place is packed with so many amazing spots for a natural backdrop!

I had the pleasure of capturing many outdoor sessions in Northern NJ this past year, specifically at the Ramapo Reservation.  During the fall, it is exceptionally beautiful and allows me to capture wonderful shots!
