Kindergarten: the start of your little one’s journey of grammar school. It is a time of gaining newfound independence, learning, and the beginning of friendships. It’s such a bittersweet chapter, one that signals they’re growing up and needing you less. However, it’s also a time of exciting new things. Local Kindergarten Graduation Session in Franklin Lakes

I had the pleasure of doing one of these sessions for a local mom at the end of her son’s kindergarten year. We took beautiful photos at the Franklin Lakes Nature Preserve. This teacher mama made it so cute, with her son wearing his very own cap and gown. They also brought along a prop, which was the book by Dr. Seuss called “Oh the Places You’ll Go!” I thought it was the sweetest touch. It was a very special way to mark and honor the end of his chapter in kindergarten 🙂
